1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

2. Reasons Accepted for Return
Returns will be accepted if:

You received a wrong product.

The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

There is a size issue (subject to stock availability for exchange).
We may request images/videos as proof before approving the return.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.
4. Return Pickup / Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will arrange reverse pickup at no cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (size change, dislike), return shipping may be borne by the customer.

Reverse pickup availability depends on your location.
Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item:

Our team will inspect it.

If approved, refund/exchange will be processed.

If the product fails quality checks, it will be returned to you.
6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI after you share details.

Refund amount will include product price only. Shipping/COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.
Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank/UPI credit may take additional time depending on your provider.
7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or replacement, subject to stock availability.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank/UPI statement.

Contact your bank/payment provider.

10. Damaged or Missing Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear images/videos of the package and product.
Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.
